1 Year Warranty
Warranty Details: Our products are equipped with a 1-year warranty from your purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship. At our discretion, parts that prove to be defective will either be repaired or replaced, or the whole product will be replaced.
In the case that any mechanical or electrical repairs are required during the warranty period, send your complete product, postage or freight prepaid, to the CULER customer service center 800.320.6478.
This warranty does not include the air or water filters, which are expendable parts that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.
The serial number, model number, and manufacturing date code can be found on the label attached to the back of the unit. You should record these numbers and the date of purchase; keep them in a safe place for future reference.

30 Day Money Back Policy
Please note that all products purchased directly from CULER must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. CULER will pay for return freight only if the return is a result of a warranty issue or error (incorrect product shipped, product defect, etc.).

CULER Direct Return Policy
If you wish to return any product purchased from directly from CULER, please contact our toll-free Customer Service line at 800.320.6478 prior to returning your merchandise.
To receive a full refund for an item purchased from CULER, please follow these three steps:
1. Call the Customer Service to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method.
2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original CULER packaging.
3. Send your returned item(s) shipping prepaid to CULER within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing. Products returned to CULER will receive a full refund and CULER will pay for the return freight only if the return is associated with a warranty issue or the result of our error.
It is only necessary to change your filters if you notice a difference in the evaporation/performance of the cooler. NOTE: High mineral count, calcium, and/or hard water may reduce the life of the filters. Although not required, distilled water may be used to extend the life of the filters and system.
